Rules also mentioned, "every bicycle shall be ridden close to the left hand edge of the roadway and in such a manner as not to obstruct vehicles moving at a faster speed." All vehicles paying road tax, insurance, etc on the road are faster than bicycle.

Anyway, if TP or LTA does not enforce whatever written on paper, cyclists will also dun bother. Yesterday, I was driving, signaling intention to turn left but a brain dead cyclist cheong straight by my left. TP was there, saw it n acted blur.  Luck is either on mine or his side else he might be in hospital or blue tent and I  charged with reckless driving.

Yes. Same like farting inside a lift full of people. 

Traffic rules also allow me to use my horn.

PS it's a stupid rule without considering the traffic conditions.

Doing it is another. Like u say. If any cyclist esp leisure cyclist do that and hold up all the traffic behind is like 

'Farting in a lift full of ppl'.

But of course those farter will always defender another farter. 

Because they believe its their god dam right to inconvenience the whole world, while they seek pleasure from it.

Inconsiderate and self entitled cyclists will only remember that they can cycle abreast but they ignore a rule that they have to give way to faster moving vehicles.

Wait till you see those group with a few girls. Sure act very garang. Especially the strongest male rider.

Few weeks back early weekend morning... My group was riding 40+kmh at start of TMCR. 

They die die must sprint a bit faster and overtake our group.... then some of them merge into our group,  breaking up the group.... then a minute later the garang lead ran out of gas and slowed both groups. 

Need to break up the group also because each group is around 10 riders.

This kind really is very obvious is the inconsideration of that cyclist riding outside. Once again, mindset problem and self entitled.

This group of cyclists does not look like the typical casual leotard cyclists on the road, they seem quite fast and have the same level of fitness across the whole group. ....But still ride the same inconsiderate way like the rest
