that lastic word reminded me of my neighbour kid ah Chuan

he is lastic expert, can hit a pebble mid air, shoot from another lastic

I witnessed it with my own eyes when I was a kid

should recruit him as sniper, or get mythbusters to film him 😁

Actually this guy suay, he was cycling on a proper bicycle path but the victim was jogging on the path which she was not supposed to. But it is just like driving, when a car hit some idiot pedestrians or cyclists, the driver  will likely be held  negligence  regrdless he has the right of his way. 

East coast park  should reduce cycling speed limit on the bicycle path, the place is so crowded with kids, old folks and other park goers crossing the cycling track all the time, it is a trap to create accidents for all the users .

yup, exactly like u say, i can be driving on the road meant for car, below speed limit, but if i hit some idiot cyclist that any how cycle or some jaywalker, still my fault.

it does not matter if lts cycling lane, or how fast cyclist cycle, he hit a pedestrian, its his fault, and he need to pay for it.

Laws should be changed, when it obviously the cyclist who did not adhere to red light.why should the motorist bear any blame.
 

 Like I say. Unlike a politician or a judge kenna the same situation, nothing will change.

That’s why when ppl ask for heavier sentence, must rem what you says.

You don’t want to pay for other ppl mistake.

The concerns is if this is implemented,  those inconsiderate pedestrians and cyclists will be mowed over by trucks from time to time. if not because of this unfair law, you think these inconsiderates dare to use the road like what they are doing it now 🤣

The law is not exactly the problem.

Rather, how it is used.

It is a very expensive to fight off even one is not in the wrong.

Kids day living in kampong  the lastic mainly used to shoot bird..
