I got to study when mata/reporters use "assisting in investigations" and when they will use "arrested" in a road accident

Hope the driver was not speeding at that point in time, and his statement included  like he saw the guy and had already slammed on the brake before the accident, hopefully that would mitigate his  case.

Probably a scrambler biker. But can only bring MTB to trail..  and not physical fit to ride ... then need to resort E MTB.....
