Car with 6 lug nut per wheel is not a car. It is a truck.

Could be those Toyota Prado kind, while mostly commercial vehicle are 6 lugs, but their rim size always 16 or 17" max, different from Prado, where sot sot people go for 18/19/20. 😅

See the rim how to tell??

Factory stock rims maybe still can tell, but this one looks aftermarket, how to guess?!? But 6 lug means either commercial or truck based car like fortuner

Nowadays, top of the range pickup use 18" wheel.

Unlikely to be pickup.  Most pickup is 5 lug.

looks like TE37? deep dish and 6 lugs abit hard to find. My take is that the rim is a replica as i saw alot of these in TH during business trips. Was very tempted to buy a set back to SG.
