As a tax payer, I will expect the TP to at least stop the group of the PMD/PBA and take down their particulars to be forwarded to the relevant authorities.

It is like saying normal citizen who see a crime being committed against another fellow citizen should not come forward to help (without risking their own safety) because it is the police's job?

nope. all govt agencies follow the maxim... khiang can already, mai kay khiang and do other agencies job. can see this clearly at our  check points. ICA do ICA role dont give a shit about foreign vehicles with fines coming in or out. same with a recorded conversation one motorist with a TP about bus lane. it is LTA jurisdiction. dont give a shit.

yeah, totally understand.

But to me, there is a reason why we hate these PMD/PAB pests on the road...it is a danger to all the road users...surely it is infringing on some traffic rules.

These PMD are fast and nimble. TP in  huge clumsy motorbike will find it hard to chase in high traffic condition.  I saw a couple of videos on how PMD was able to outsmart TP police, Oversea and one local one in the past. Like they can change to oncoming lane at an instant,, even when there's a low kerb divder.   Or switch to pedestrian mode and ride into the housing estate, TP cannot chase liao.

Who ask them buy BMW bike? Ask them ride kup kia, easy to maneuver.

Else if you cannot beat them, join them and ride PMD! 😆
