Evillusion Supersonic June 7, 2015 Share June 7, 2015 I agree. I mean with rocks flying around, natural instinct is to take cover. I mean even just a orange sized rock is enough to kill a man. Takes real courage to do what needed to be done. yup...this i agree! Fear would have froze many....but he didnt!
Ingenius Turbocharged June 7, 2015 Share June 7, 2015 Respect or not, it has zero to do with the trajedy and such discussion doesn't belong here. To draw any sort of link invites a religious discussion I'm sure no one wants or needs to hear. Agree. Funny how mountain God even has to do with this tragedy. Do we teach kids to say excuse me to gods and ghost wherever they go ?
Evillusion Supersonic June 7, 2015 Share June 7, 2015 (edited) Agree. Funny how mountain God even has to do with this tragedy. Do we teach kids to say excuse me to gods and ghost wherever they go ?its their superstition......we have ours they have theirs. Most of them are still practicing their animistic culture even though Islam and Christianity have made major in roads in the past few decades! Heck....even the malays here still practice some kind of superstitious belief even though it has been banned! Yes bro. These 2 weeks show how emotional ppl can be. First the shangrila then this. I'm glad that a majority are like your good self, calm , collected and logical. I am still monitoring and any undue nonsense, and I lock this thread http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/K%C3%BCbler-Ross_model The first two stages of grief are denial and followed by anger. I believe the blame game is a manifestation of that anger. Of course, there are trouble makers but on the whole, I believe the anger should be allowed to run its course, within reason. My two cents.

Duckduck Turbocharged June 7, 2015 Share June 7, 2015 The websites saying 10yr old can go up the trail shld not b used as a reason to justify bringing 12yr old there. Parents themselves need to be responsible to make own due diligence & common sense on such outdoor areas. Since the parents signed the indemnity forms they are in that sense responsible for wharever good or bad happens ↡ Advertisement
