I agree. I mean with rocks flying around, natural instinct is to take cover.

I mean even just a orange sized rock is enough to kill a man.

its their superstition......we have ours they have theirs. Most of them are still practicing their animistic culture even though Islam and Christianity have made major in roads in the past few decades! The first two stages of grief are denial and followed by anger. I believe the blame game is a manifestation of that anger.

 

Of course, there are trouble makers but on the whole, I believe the anger should be allowed to run its course, within reason.

The websites saying 10yr old can go up the trail shld not b used as a reason to justify bringing 12yr old there. Parents themselves need to be responsible to make own due diligence & common sense on such outdoor areas. Since the parents signed the indemnity forms they are in that sense responsible for wharever good or bad happens
