Worst interview moment?

This part really depends on the individual and doesn't apply to lazy people in general.

Skipping mandatory processes is lack of work ethics and not only because that individual is lazy.

If the individual can improve work processes without circumventing mandatory processes, why not?

I'm sure there are some non-lazy people who take short cuts because they have other agendas.

And you can also argue that they screw up the job by taking short cuts when certain processes are mandatory.

this one cfm is not headhunter, this one is call agency.

Confirm headhunter and the position is a senior one, head of department

The headhunter said salary is too high, most companies are not paying so much so ask the fellow to stay put in current job

Sometimes it sucks to hear that but is it true or not?

If true, then he should consider himself lucky?

I was following the current interviews for the 'biggest' job in the world.

It's hilarious watching brilliant people going at it.

Looking at what they use, the vocals, the light shows in the background, the flowers and big blue balls!

1. Looks do matter. Only for first six seconds.

2. Dress do matter but I disagree with Porky...women tend to dress better. And men with women's eye for fashion do extremely well. I did see a piece of bacon at kopitiam before, the bacon did dress neatly even when unkering.

3. Intelligence, calmness and humor. -- likability. Also un likability. Such as gulping water like a goldfish or perspiring like a mermaid, not helpful.

4. Good decent face with the correct micro expressions that James like so much. Not weird looking faces with fake smiles.

5. Be prepared, have a good support team and knowledge base. Be able to manipulate righteous indignation and generate the thoughts that you are a talent. Much like some orange billionaire. He is so brilliant and stupid, so cute. That's why he can be a billionaire even though fat.

6. Watch the body language, don't you appear to be like a total stiff or sleepy dwarf.

It's hilarious and educational.

Lazy people also tend to explore and use the least effort and processes to complete a task. Thereby improving productivity.

I would think lazy ppl tend not to even explore and give the heck care attitude hahaha

Men can be very well dressed

Most importantly, shirts and pants must be fitting and well pressed, wrinkled shirts and pants are no no

Shoes and belt should match the shirt and pants too

I think mannerism and presentation plays an extremely important part in interview

Ability to speak clearly & professionally shows alot

No leh, but hor, if u r past 45, better stay in ur current job, dun anyhow change change especially when times are bad

If u r younger, also dun change now, timing not rite, wait for economy to pick up 1st where hiring pace is strong

However, if u r headhunted, different story, can explore if salary package is attractive and company is good

headhunt me prease :( i give u praise everyday :s

Keke, actually my back up plan is to become headhunter but the look of it, very difficult to tan jiak because when times are bad, companies are retrenching, all the companies save costs, recruit ex-headhunter in house to do recruitment, headhunter tan bo jiak leh

Recruitment volume low, no biz leh

I admit, I didnt dress well during the interview for my current job. I was in wrinkled shirt + jeans + safety shoes!!! Took half day off to go for interview and was in a rush. That time nicoll highway just collasped, beach road was packed with cars like sardine. That time, my go to work clothes were t-shirt, bermudas and sandals. :yeah-im-not-drunk:

My boss didnt mind my dressing at all. I got the job after some bargaining with him on salary. He offer lesser than my expected. :a-aggressive: In the end, he relent and gave me what I wanted. But no increment after probation. :D
