After the exchange, should be safe already. Not like other phones don't burn. I had another phone which is not a Samsung catch fire while it was charging. Using the original adaptor and cable.

Yeah. Never sue. Just went down to their service centre and they say they change one out of goodwill for me... Anyway, didn't bother to pursue it cuz I really didn't know what to do. Lol.

 

Almost every brand has had their phones catching fire cuz of the battery before. Samsung had to do a recall this time around cuz there were many cases of their phones catching fire. Samsung isn't the first to do a recall for malfunctioning battery.

Wow. The exchange process is very efficient. I got my new phone in less than 10 minutes, including the queue..hassle free..

 

One phone n 2sets of accessories. Worth it.. haha.

 

So you only give phone... box, charger, earpiece, stylus pen all keep?  I thinking doing the same... nbzzz give us so much problem, must keep some souvenirs... kekekeke

when i use the phone under the sun (like catching pokemon or surf mcf) where it require constant data up/downloading, the battery get heated up till very very hot, even more hot when you use power bank at the same time.

Playing pokemon go has damaged 2 of my batteries. Overheat and went into a bootloop. Currently on the 3rd batt and stopped playing pg on my phone. The phone has no problem using gps though. So prob pg is too demanding for my 2 year old phone.

Luckily my phone still can access to the batt. Still prefer phones that have interchangeable batt. I dont think lithium batteries are problematic. Apple uses them too and my ipad plays pg without much problem. It doesnt even feel hot. Note 7 probably has a batt qc problem or did not review the manufacturing sop of the batteries.

the stylus is only stylo milo for show only ..... I dont even use it normally.  Use it to poke @Vratenza (_._) only ....

Almost! G3. Lol. Read online that some people has the same problem playing Pg with the G3 too. Still loving the phone though as Long as it doesn't catch fire or explode. Will probably root it after I get the v20 and use it as my spare/Travelling phone.
