Any forumer already exchange their Note 7,what goodies did they give for such error,can we just give charger and phone or they need the whole complete set?..

just give the phone will do, rest of it can keep. they will give u a new set still

I am wondering what Samsung would do to the recalled Galaxy Note 7 sets with the defective batteries?

 

Roll them over with a bulldozer, or replace the defective batteries and resell them as refurbished sets?

I don't think they will sell off? Seems like they even allow people to keep the spen if they want.

The cost of hp is very low. They won't want the defective ones flooding or getting back into the market and cheapen the product and further damage reputation.

Most likely they will be destroyed.

 

The recall and distribution probably cost more than the handset itself.

Again, due to massive volume, it comes down to cost.

 

They could sell it off to a 3rd party at scrap price, but then they would need to reassure, the defective phones don't re-enter the market as a whole unit, like ended up in ebay, sold at a "good" price.
