More bad cyclist then good cyclist.

Actually quite easy to enforce. Just no wrong for driver or insurance payout for the cyclist, if these fellas found to be at fault.

Isn't that the SOP even for motor vehicle collisions?

The problem now is how do motor vehicles claim from these cockroaches if they are found to have caused the accident.

For motor insurance claims, only 3rd party injury and death must pay.

How about those cyclist who cycle on walking path and expect you to give way to them when they come from behind you?!

The other day while i was walking on a path, then hear one cyclist ring his bell behind me expecting me to walk to one side to let him pass. But i did not. Then when the cyclist cycled past me finally, he scold CB.
