陆交局本周扣押49辆非法停放的共用脚踏车

 

 

针对共用脚踏车随处停放的问题，陆路交通管理局本周采取了执法行动，扣押了49辆非法停放的共用脚踏车。

 

“无车桩”脚踏车服务在本地开始盛行，有些用户使用后将脚踏车随处停放，给其他公众带来不便。

 

陆交局答复《联合早报》询问时指出，虽然当局自今年3月以来已在11个地铁站划出可停放超过900辆脚踏车的停放处，但非法停放脚踏车的现象仍然持续，因此当局展开了执法行动，本周扣押了49辆非法停放的共用脚踏车。

 

陆交局指出，在扣押这些脚踏车前，已通知相关业者把脚踏车移到指定的停放处，但脚踏车却没被移走。

 

业者在取回脚踏车时必须支付一笔“行政费”。

 

陆交局表示，正在与业者合作，应对脚踏车随处停放的问题，并会继续在全岛各处增设更多脚踏车停放设施。

 

陆交局今早也上载面簿贴文，提醒公众使用共用脚踏车后应负责任地停放在指定的停放处，并上传了执法人员扣押脚踏车的图片。

Bro same thing along ECP at night on weekends like middle of the night;  Most of them have bikes which are so pimped up with so many LED lights- and loud music ; dont know what the patrol cars are doing though I see them patrolling ; I guess the patrol cars also are brightly lit in mid night hours (so that people don't bump into them/ safety issue ) Far far away this "ahboys to Men" can see already one and "take cover"  but joggers like me can see them 1 also from far far away
