That Shell station on the left along Boon Lay is the de-facto water / gathering point for the road bikers. This will be their usual rest point after they rode down from Lim Chu Kang area, on Sunday mornings typically. My own observations are that most of such cyclists kept to the left and they do observe the traffic rules (stopping at lights etc.) 

The 2nd rider who tried to follow the 1st rider to turn right at the major junction is obviously a moron trying his luck when the right turn green arrow is already flashing. Ended up he needs to stop awkwardly in the middle divider. Stupid moron.

Or just no basic theory? 

Now I really think cyclists need to get basic theory if want to cycle on road..... 

He didn't even turn his head to check traffic.

He want to turn right or not he not suppose to cut across 2 lane also.

Number 1 rule.  Cyclist  must keep left at all time.

They suppose to cycle  on the left to the next traffic crossing and push their  bike across

PCN has speed limit of 25km/h.

If the couple abruptly stopped in the pathway, not such the 5 can do.

Doubt if the other bikers are doing 25km/h , lol mine agak agak is already coming to 30 and highs of 35++ also in some parts (Road bikes I mean) and I presume some are touching even higher than 35-40 as I'm left in the dust when I see them overtake me

Whenever I am force to riding on East Coast Park PCN, I am mindful of 25km/h.

I usually do 7 morning 8 morning ride

How come you are "forced' to ride on ECP , there are many other paths even all the way to Changi , anyways you can also ride on the service road parallel but there are humps and car obstruction at times .... hmm.... usually I start 6am and end about 7.30am for BF with my friend, always safety in numbers

I ride from Fort Road till Tanah Merah Flyover along Service Road and turn back towards Fort Road.

There are 2 parts of Service Road is 1 way. Boh Pian have to use PCN.

I find it very therapeutic to watch the cyclist slowly falling down. Is it just me?

Just in the am, saw a grab bicyclist nonchalantly cut across traffic junction onto oncoming green light.

Saw again another old chap going against traffic, lane 3 to lane 1.

Its horrible.

Then breakfast makan at Swee Choon.

come on LTA...r u waiting for someone to get killed b4 u start considering some measures to curb this reckless cyclists?

these reckless and irresponsible cyclists r everywhere now! and daily occurrences r more frequent than before...

during our last visit to jurassic miles we almost got ran over multiple times by cyclists riding at high speed. it was so bad to the extent that i gotta carry my 4 years old in order for her to enjoy the dinosaurs safely...

I had quite a bad fall when I was cycling around 20km/h about 26 or 27 years ago... 

Was on mountain bike, on dedicate cycling path....towards Fort Road 

Then a pedestrian strayed onto the path (we all facing same direction) I was coming up from behind and suddenly he took another step right and swung his right arm out to point towards Mac Donald.... 

Hit my left elbow.... So basically I "turn left" with the handle bar and flip twice on the ground..... 

My point is.... 

If any sudden change of direction or motion...... 

People from behind have little to no reaction time..... 

Everyone has a part to play.
