Ride with helmet is mainly to protect falling on ground...

Wear protective suit with full face helmet also cannot protect against trucks, lorries or bus.

However, after some persuasion, they eventually accepted the S$150 composition fine per cyclist.

It's smart not weak...don't persuade need to arrest and do more paperwork...persuasion only need to issue summon...collection part is another department I tink 😁

Must be visibly upset and ask for a tissue first. 

After that, before he hand you the summon tell him ‘persuade me to take it’.
