SPEED AND WEIGHT LIMITS (Some cyclists commented 25kmh speed limit is too slow. The faster you go the harder you fall, no? Heck, what do I know? Now cyclists also want to join the speeding club.)

My opinion? Out there siao lang with all kinds of mentality are on the run. So many have became statistics but nothing has changed, some still can talk like hero. Are our dear leaders going to do anything soon or leave it as statistics?

I don't care what they think. If they value their own lives, they will ride safely. If they insist on right of way or whatever crap like those Americans, then it's only a matter of time before they end up in a coffin, an urn or wrapped in a piece of cloth.
