another one ....

Maybe it was due to the part circled in red contributed to the sudden change in aerodynamics...after the merc zoomed past the car in the middle lane...

the skidded driver did well I must say...instead of stepping on the brake as many would do due to panic, he/she corrected the steering to try regain control...at first I thought the brake lights were faulty but it showed they were fine when the car was backed in the forward facing direction

Get a cheap car with poor road holding to go at about 100km/h here  on lane 1 you will likely to feel it and understand why. You will realise that the steering suddenly becomes very light and have little steering control momentary on this short stretch, if one gets panic and tries to twist the steering more than necesaary or tries to ebrake , this is when his car may get out of control.

This time the road was dry so no excuses.. definitely some science shit going on here.. the curvature and incline

Merc driver either stupid or lousy driving skills... what's the purpose of tailgating the ambos? He think driving F1 going into slipstream?

The Ambulance blocked the Wind, save Fuel driving behind a big Van.

This stretch of expressway like cursed. Dunno how many accidents this year already.

This one more epic.. In just a short span of time 3 accidents at that spot.. The motobike accident can be avoided if that motobike slowed down and stop if necessarily at 12 seconds.. But no.. Motobike will never want to slow down,  they thought they are small, so instead of slow down when sense danger, they speed up instead or maintain speed and try to squeeze here and there to avoid it. This is the most stupid thing the biker could do as it put themselves higher chance of getting into accident.

Just like where I posted earlier about the circled in red

Maybe LTA should consider moving the emergency lane to the right and made the curve less severe. It will improve visibility and allow accident vehicles (always in lane 1) to go onto the emergency Lane immediately.

2 abreast does not mean both cyclists are chit chat.

Moreover, it is only allow in roads with more than 1 lane per direction of travel.

i get more frus from roadhogger on expressway.  All 3/4/5 lane is travelling at the same speed.  No way to overtake.

I totally agree with you on the rule of the law for 2 abreast . But why cycle abreast and chock up the toad rather than considerations for the bus driver to overtake safely ?

Bus lane during bus lane operating hours are excluded in the consideration of number of lane.

For e.g., there are only 2 lane per direction.  Lane 2 is a bus lane.  During bus lane operating hours, NO 2 abreast.

No point arguing lah. He keeps going back to the point it is legal to be an inconsiderate c@ck.

Wish him best not to encounter a reckless c@ck driver.

Legality aside, it is a problem is always ME ME ME exists in a lot of road users (cyclist, drivers, pedestrian).

By the way, why do drivers like to squeeze in btw similar to motorcycle lane splitting?

Merc driver is opportunistic, ambulance will "clear" lane 1 for him. But kum gong, follow too closely and crash into his "vanguard"
