LTA should remove all these go straight right turn arrow lanes, either go straight or right turn, not half f**k. Typical driver mentality here is die die must cut out and wait behind will die, same for drivers who do not bother to signal their intention to turn right when it is red, making fool of people behind who may think they are going straight. As a result they will try to cut out and cause all the near misses and accidents...

PHV 97% are cock drivers.

Swee now he has to pay for repair BMW and Honda.

He save some time right? Damn worth it.

PHVs really drive like idiots.

I dare say the Grace will not be so graceful and admit fault..

Then it's 50-50... and each ends up claiming their own.. that's my 2c...

in a worst scenario, when green light, a right turning car blocks a car that is going straight, when arrow turns green, the car going straight blocks the next right turning car. It is a damn stupid design that i am surprised the LTA engineers are unable to understand. To make the matter worse, when a right turning car fails to show his right turning indicator, end up the car behind get stuck for nothing.

If you were driving the BMW would you pay 50 - 50?

The BM is 100% in the lane

and the PHV is entering the lane.

I think those LTA engineers understand. Cause i have feedback to them on one road that there are two turn left lanes, and the marking only marked turn left only, but this two lanes doesnt seems to have high volume of traffic turning left, and so i feedback to LTA asking if they can convert one lane to turn left and go straight. And they replied me that it is not practical because the turning left vehicles would block those vehicles going straight. Lol.

Just recalling some of the accidents my own friends were in... the claiming process is not easy... insurance companies love to make you claim from your own and then charge more..

Just saying..

Then there is a problem with the traffic lights. It should be green for both right turning and go straight. And not lights one after the other. Makes no sense like that.

This is my biggest worry driving everyday.

Some idiot will just pull out and change lane without looking.

Actually my own MIL like to change lane without checking.

Most people stop in time but one day she hits someone

I will remember Rock's good advice and tell her to claim 50 - 50.

If have to pay 100%

then she will ask me to contribute. [bigcry]

Die die must cut out, die die  cannot wait. And looks like the BM changed lane from behind the lorry as well. Bad timing.  The most suay one is the white vezel.

it depend. if that white vezel is PHV, then he damn lucky, he laugh, shake leg at home collect compensation 🤣

I am very glad the BMW did not stop for the idiot.

Now the PHV driver will learn a lesson.

Whether he will change or not I don't know.

But better the BM get hit than me.

The lesson learnt for every one:

1. Never change lane when BMW is there on that lane.

2. Never change lane when Audi is anywhere on the road 😁

Then he is noob, he should know how to handle his car with big turning radius to complete the uturn within 2 lanes. If not, get TP or AETOs to escort him better.
