HK can import the vezel from Japan and keep the name. Singapore import the vezel but change the name to HRV. Same old story as Fit and Jazz.

Been trying to decipher from website but still not sure.

Sorry so many questions.

Would like to know Re Facelift/Kah Motor

1) which mth/year is the first facelift car (many cars advertise in SG carmart claimed facelift but look the same)

2) what are the differences - both exterior and interior

3) Is it true Hybrid non facelift tail lights are similar to facelift tail lights?

4) is moonroof/sunroof version available

5) auto tailgate/memory seat available?

6) Kah Motor has no honda sensing?

Thanks in advance

A pitfall of autopilot. And perhaps for this case, if you have the auto sensing function in your car, do not heavily rely on it. Dirty sensor lens or, light flare and glare can simply render it useless for that important moment.

Read the article carefully.

The truck stopped perpendicular to across multiple lanes.  Mind you, container truck is higher than a lof of cars.  How could the radar detect it?

Pretty amazing that the driver didn't notice the trailer parked across the road. And he or she must have been flying along at a fairly high speed. Tesla may want to include a radar module on the roof of the car since it seems that the height of the trailer and the consequent ground clearance of the trailer was so high that it fooled the sensor in the bumper. Or they have to reconfigure the detection height of the sensor. I think it reflects quite badly on Tesla...

Agree with your statement - do not heavily rely on it.

But in most situations - the sensors are useful (Toyota pre crash system - PCS)

It have warned me earlier than my instinct more than once when the front car slows down suddenly from highway speed.

Also able to stop completely (at parking speed) for an object which i have missed to note.

However, there is an area near my workplace where the pre crash system tends to warn me to brake when nothing is there - always same spot, not sure what cause it. The sensor detects objects, pedestrian or small motorbikes as good as cars.

Hence, if getting a Vezel, will opt for those with this sensor (Honda Sense).

I have read the article and I am saying do not heavily rely on such sensing functions of the cars. What is so wrong with that?

And mind you, so the now deceased driver is absolutely correct to totally rely on the car's sensing radar to control the car and detect that truck (which it did not) and other dangers? No details were given whether he did or did not intervene resulting in the accident obviously that is dangerous.

Yes Google has gotten success within a certain extent. But for cars to drive driverless like in the movies, think it is way too early days..I think at least 10 years more.

This accident is just 1 in a million chance.  It has nothing to do with reliance on technology.  Do not mix them up.
