I had just read up on DX and on honda website shows it has only 2 airbags. Can someone confirm this?

That's affirmative..

IMO, it's worth the 5-6k difference for the LX version.

Damn sian. Water to update my Mazda Navi SD card today. Just found out the free updates expired 8 days ago.

oh man, that sucks. do you do your own updates, or let mazda do it? i'm sure there's some other way to get updates without paying ridiculous price to mazda. :P

anyway, the navi system in mazda isn't that great, is it? I almost never used the built-in navi system, google maps is a lot better.

I do my own updates. Hate to send my ride in to TEK. Anyone knows what's the latest mz connect software version?

Read the 9th paragraph

http://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/transport/another-car-firm-leaves-buyers-high-and-dry

Interesting to note that a Honda Vezel can be purchased for just $36K (without COE).

Add current COE at $51,500, that's a jolly good deal at $87,500 if you have the right contacts.

Oh well... think you forget abt the ARF, the accessories, registration fees and etc....

No la bro, PIs need to earn too. Overheads, admin etc give them a chance to continue, or else they may become another TLC if everyone thinks that it's COE + car cost. Everyone needs to eat.. cheers

This is not something obscure, in actual fact pricing is transparent if you look further

like what others say, be it AD or PI are running business, if do not make a profit might as well closed shop, let consumer DIY.

Hi All,

Looking for an economical spacious car. Went to 2 reputatable PIs and quoted

PI1 - petrol 1.5x (2015 model no sensing) at $101,800 guaranteed 1 bid

PI2 - hybrid 1.5x sensing at $110,8000 guaranteed 1 bid

Q1. Like to find out if sensing really works in SG road?

Q2. Hybrid fc is definitely better than petrol fc?

Q3. Worthed the $10k to get hybrid sensing over petrol without sensing?

Thanks

Why not get the facelift Kah motor HRV at $108k?

Higher scrapped value and more free servicing and good after sales.

Q1: it works like an additional safety mechanism, am using and is definitely a good features to have

Q2: Definitely.

Q3: 1st qns to ask yourself is if you are looking for hybrid or petrol variant? Hybrid only PI, Petrol want to avoid headache of choosing which PI then go KM.

I would say worth it.

Hybrid is in Cat B which already makes up the difference.

Hybrid is faster, lower fuel consumption and the Honda Sensing does work, but it's just not the best implementation.

Kah motor HRV at $110k. No honda sensing and only 2 airbags. Equivalent to PI 1.5x which is $8k-$9k differences.

So ask KM motor SE to throw in free Honda sensing and add 4 more airbags
