Safe bet is to call Kah Motor service advisor to tell him the whole story and make an appointment.

Sorry to hear about your story. It is good to share it, not all PI are bad. Please aware of those who offer very "good " deals.

PIs are very good ppl and running legal business when business is making money. To compete, they always tried this and hiong that like offering superb deals. When the tap stop, finance companies, landlords, and buyers (whose promised deliveries have been delayed and delayed) coming after them, hahaha ..... no sight of them. Buyers who are asking for deals too good to be true got to take some blame too.

Of course, there are still longer term PI businesses around which are prudent and honest.

Agreed. There are some rotten apples among the PI. Most of the PIs are honest.

ideally shortlist your preferred PI from this list

yes, you may still encounter rotten apples inside, but the risk greatly reduce since they actually make certain effort to sign as accredited members. Most importantly look for DIRECT IMPORTERS!! They are those that actually paid $ upfront to secure the goods, buy with ex-stock, ask them for chassis number, VAC approved date etc.

I think if the dealer bid directly for the tcoe, u could get it back.

But this dealer engaged a finance company to bid on behalf. It's even more complicated here. The dealer is yet to be contacted. I guess it's real hard to get back the money.

Is the tCOE under your name? U put 10K can bid. upon successful bid, you pay rest of 40K, and Lta transfer under your name. So do you know which state your coe is in?

my was from a direct importer. Yes three days before collection went down to make full payment. I was able to view and take picture of my new car sitting in the collection showroom. The only missing components were the recording camera/soft booth cover. Also the inner panels of the four doors. They were missing. According to the SE in workshop to put up the leathers.

Hahaha peace of mind I reckon. The only downside is their workshop. Done my 1k and 10k servicing both occasions fall below my expectations.

This kind of discount is for repeat customer right? Maybe the condition is that the new car has to register under your name?

Nah.. they just want business.. especially since I am driving a Honda.

But honestly, maybe they will just give it to you anyway.

Right now as a Honda owner, they will give me 1k off too.

Talk to your rep at Honda, squeeze him for it, and if he still wants to see this mailer, then you can get it from some Honda owners here..

verify the price history from Sgcarmart before you go down. at least know what is their previous and current sale price.  there is no point they raise price by 3k and give you 1k discount in return.

I believe the price raise is due to COE price hike, no?

Is the price for Hrv cheaper now as I saw cevs rebate of 5k from the website???

The price has always taken this CEVS into account, so there's no additional discount.

Just received my CX-3 deluxe with Bose system almost two weeks now. The FM radio doesn't sound very clear, like mono not stereo. Also, the display shows only the frequency not the station's names. Is this normal?
