Cannot be no CCTV lah ... which bank can't even afford basic security nowadays ?! If like that, then got nothing to say Liao ... Maybe no CCTV and no security guard ... Kaoz.... It should be made mandatory to have security personal at branches of banks. At least can deter would be burglars, I think the other 2 banks flanking SCB have got security guards?
