Luckily, iOS hardly hang. If not how to remove the battery to reset the os right?

Others will need to let user remove the battery. ;)

No offence but you sound like an Apple fanboy..

How many people uses an iphone without a case? Probably 99/100 people uses a case.. I seriously dun see why we shuld pay more for alum or glass casings when we are most probably gonna use a case that costs anywhere from $10-50 to protect it.. I owned an IP4 before, but seriously it's in my case since day 1.. U dun even have to remove it from the casing cuz u cant change the battery..

Is IP5 still using the same glass screen? I've personally known >10 people whom cracked their screen or the back of it..

Wad's good looks if it aint durable?

Bro..I use the iphone without a case. Infact, even without any screen protector.

The reason is, I carry the iphone is my pants pocket. With a case, it's just too thick to sit down with it. And sometimes my pcokets will have coins and so on. Not a scratch.

I think end of the day, it's not a fanboy or not fanboy thing. When comes to built quality, the iphone looks like it was designed by some Swiss watchmakers. The iphone 5 that I saw recently has some amazing fit and finish that if I didnt know Foxconn, I would have thought it was manufactured in US.

Some people appreciate features, and never mind built. Some people like to appreciate built and never mind features because they don't use those features. Putting price aside, it's like some people will never buy Casio even though it is very utility.

There is no deny that app@e is good in their .comechanical design.... Not a big plus to me though.... To me, what won me over to Samsung is their amoled screen and the size. Prior to Ip5, 3.5 is just way too out of practical use. Even at, it is barely enough for such high resolution.... Partly, Apple's arrogance is also a reason for me to switch camp. To them is, "we tell you what is the trend, you follow.....". Fcuk you laa...

Bro, no offence on the fanboy thingy..

Anyway it's still up to the user at the end of the day.. I'm very happy with my Widgets and shortcuts and my s3 screen size.. Amoled is seriously good too.. I use a case so I dun care.. Actually plastics is ok to me.. I was pro Apple once, but I find IOS too restrictive..

The debate on apps is no longer relevant.. Most app developers develop for both IOS and Android.. I like android becuz I can also save the app file as an apk file.. Some apps got taken away from the store but I still have a copy of it..

For bros who got ur iphone 5, does your phone have a yellowish tint screen?

First when I used the phone, white screens looked like no issue to me..But when I compared it with my iphone 4 side by side, iphone 5's white screen looked more like white-yellowish coloured while iphone 4's white screen was whiter and crisp.

And realised I was not alone, a quick google search showed that many ppl having this prob.

So any bros here having similar prob?

Just a question though. With a big screen like the Samsung S3, how do you guys carry such a big phone around? Holding it in your hands wherever you go? For the ladies, they put it in their handbags, so no issue, but for men, how do you bring the phone around?

The first generation mobile phone is as big as a brick. Then they make it small to a size of a card with clamshell or slidable screen so that pple can put it into their pockets. Now, seems like everyone wants to make them big again. But how do you carry them around?

Yes, it does have a yellowish tint. I just check it with my neighbour when I put my 4S side by side.

I even make both brightness the same.

But read this...think you need to wait a few days:

I put S3 into my pocket without any problem, can bend down comfortably as well.

I can only conclude 3 things from your post, either

1. Your pockets are pretty small.

2. You like to wear tight pants.

3. You are fat.

Sorry... [:p]

None of the above, but don't feel comfortable sitting with a big phone in the pocket.

Even for a phone like Iphone4s, I feel it is too big in the pants pocket.

Even Galaxy Note some have no problems. S3 is really not so big that you can't fit it into pockets la. Unless you like wearing those really tight skinny jeans. But then I still managed to get my S3 into my skinny jeans pocket easily.

I weigh 82kg and 5 feet 4... I have right jeans as well.... Never have any problem with s3 in my pocket. I even have a key pouch placed together in the same pocket.....

Another possibility is you must have a big Dick.....hehe

"Well, as much as we hate to admit it, the iPhone 5 did amazingly well in our drop test, while the Samsung Galaxy S3 came out in pretty bad shape. It’s the cold hard truth that we can’t hide and we can’t ignore."

iPhone5 Rock Solid!

Not sure about the S3, but when I compare Iphone 4s and 5 in terms of built, the iphone 5 seems to be of a different league. And it's not like the iphone 4S is any shabby.

If only every China factory can produce such build quality for everything they make!

I hope the problem rectifies itself within a few days too.

But on other websites, some users say the problem persist. So I went to my service provider earlier but they say they can only look into the situation when the replacement units arrive and they not sure when will arrive also..

So I hope the problem will rectify itself as I dun want to wait long long and would need to sync everything again
