Everyone is rushing, and these had resulted in some sloppy work ... Hopefully the hospital that is currently being built, can be solid enough... don't want to see ceilings falling down when patients are resting on beds... I do think projects here usually have very tight deadlines...cos everyone is so used to having things done fast. Most of our home renovation take 4-6 weeks to complete while places such as HK takes 8-10 weeks and in the UK, reno takes even longer to complete. Just look at how those new road was build, it is the same. Quality are worst than 20yrs ago.... Material used for roads now (recycled material, more porous for better 'drier' surface in the rain) for and those used 20yrs ago are quite different.
