The problem is there is no speed limit for sport cyclist, they can and they want to go as fast as they can, they are not willing to share cycling lane with normal cyclist .

Imagine i buy a McLaren, and i demand a lane for me to race at 200-300 km/h. 

How many lanes the gov build also not enough to use right.

Seriously, the pedestrian walkways can be quite dangerous these days with entitled cyclists/PMAs/PMDs.

The owner saw the smartphone that is not his on his bike. He should have took off and not wait for the dumb bicycle thief to return. Free phone.

At last, I decided to let him go, but the moment he opened the thermal bag, I found out that he actually steal other's rider food as well. So i changed my mind and wanted to make police report so i ask him to surrender the food back to the restaurant and i followed him to the restaurant, along the way to the restaurant i raised up my voice and keep on questioning him why? Why he want to steal my bike and he started to scold me with those bad words using malay language and i replied him back in malay language as well and the moment he heard i replied him with malay language and he told me that "i am indonesian (actually i am not) and tell me that i am not belongs to here because this is Singapore and bla bla bla".

Then he invited me to 1 v 1 fight with him at the back of Paya Lebar Square but i rejected him and told him that why should i fight with him since he is the one stealing my bike and thing get worst he starts to use his shoulder try to push me, scare me and i use my hand to defend to stop him for pushing me and that's where he became aggressive and start to punch my back, hit my head (back side) and pinch my upper arm when he saw me called 999 for help.

Ppl in Paya Lebar should keep a lookout for this guy. Steal food steal bicycle, I bet he stole a lot of other stuff. Police should raid his home. LoL...

Anyway, I did 1 week cycle holiday in Mongolia in 2017 with support vehicles.

 

That is above average for most of cyclist AVG speed. It's like top 80% of the current total cyclists.

Actually what does the bicycle owner wants to achieve from the conversation? 

Is he trying to get the thief to compensate him? If not then either accept the apologies (which I don't think he should) or just report police directly?
