I watch video 3 times, thought I missed something. The traffic is in favor of the car leh, that is why the motorcycles have already crossed that traffic light. Would he have noticed the cyclist, believe he didn't, who would knock someone down and also damage own car right? So it is an offence for not looking more than you should? Like that someone dash across from your right after traffic light turn green also wrong lor.

last weekend, as I was driving in around 5 am, saw a group of cyclist at the woodlands checkpoint as well...hope more will join them to cycle into JB...
