Ok. went to tyre shop to change yesterday.

Shop boss gave me 4 x CPC6 195/65/15 at 115/pc (that size i also dunno what's a good tyre since my own F1A5 the shop said don't have that size). $50 for the onsite service of changing to a spare for me.

Ok, no need to care about tyres until 2026 liao. [laugh]

Seems like if ask the guy to come onsite to change to spare tyre still charge around $50. Donkey years ago i request such onsite service also charge this price. Maybe if join that AAS as member, change tyre is FOC?

You mean after this change of tyres can last until 2026? 😲 😅

depends on how my wife turn the steering wheel lol.

Ok lah, i strike kerb on-off. Just never suay enough to do this kinda damage. My old tyres, i tore off part of the the side wall but never puncture the F1A3. That being said that one i totally got it wrong, i didn't realise the spiral ramp ended at B1 instead of going to L1

Today when I unscrewed the tyre valve cap to pump some air, the air kept gushing out from the tyre non stop until the tyre almost became completely deflated.

What could be the problem?

I over pump the tyre a little and quickly screw the cap back.

I am wondering if I continue to drive on the road for 1 hour, would the cap break free and let all the air out while I am driving?

Think valve spoilt liao.. need to replace..

i will not drive with it as the valve cap will suddenly give way.. this is unlike a leak where it slowly deflated.. this one will be like sudden tire burst.. quite dangerous in my view

Valve cap does nothing to stop any air leak. All the valve cap does is to prevent dirt from entering the valve.

e valve spoilt alr, need to b replaced.

It ia a risk to drive as e purpose of e valve cap is to prevent dirt fr e valve and not stopping e air fr leaking
