Lets see if our media follows up the story or let it quietly die.

The media work is quite simply, they report what the public wants to know. If the public keep talking about it, the media will keep reporting on it, if the public is not interested anymore, for f**k the media wants to report?

So keep talking about it if you want the media to keep reporting lor. [laugh] [laugh] [laugh]

One died, another seriously injured. Whatever the cause may be, I think jail term and licence revoked are on the table, the unknown now is for how long.

Cannot use the 'whatever the cause may be' argument. Remember the River Valley 2024 case where the kid also died? The ang mo expat lady driver was not charged because the argument was that the kid ran out. End up the helper kena for not holding on to the kid properly.

The duty of care lies with the caretaker.

Not drivers.

Cannot.

At the exit of the car park, there is a pedestrian walkway.

The driver is expected to exercise due care when exiting and look out for pedestrians.

Anyone driving BYD SL7 tested the ADAS feature? Does it auto brake when you're going to hit something in front?

Yes, it does, when the car in front zham brake an alarm sounds and the brakes auto kick in.

Didnt like it, switched it off. Can cause problems when you are merging at high speed and it 'thinks' there is an obstruction, jam brake and taxi unker baung ur backside.

My P* can't be switched off.

Kenna a few warning alarms and mild brakes before. But so far I've not encountered a situation the car needs to really jam.

Try heading towards carpark barrier and report back...my wowo does that fairly frequently despite the speed wasn't too fast...once it senses insufficient pressure on the brake pedal...it zarm bullake hard and furious...can even feel the pounding abs at work...😂
