So after a couple of days driving the Vezel, i would like to give the following review.

1. Easy to drive, views are unblocked

2. Torque is really decent for a 1.5l of this size

3. Comes up to speed easily and cruises well

4. Feels a bit bouncy but i am being fussy here

5. Excellent fuel consumption so far.

6. Door side storage space is insufficient

7. Seats are not hard enough but still comfy for Singapore driving

8. Engine feels a little rough and noisy

9. Doors are too light

10. Steering is super light but Honda steering wheel gives a nice confident sporty feel

11. Brakes and accelerator are fairly responsive.

Overall, i remain of the opinion that my choice of getting this car is good and without any regrets.

Enjoy your Vezels, fellas

Agree on most except 1 and 9..

Maybe not used to driving such higher cars.. but the doors definitely not light.. maybe as u driven more conti cars, might be light to you.

Yes , i have owned and driven mostly premium contis however Vezel Doors are light even compared quite many other jap cars. Eg, CRV, CX5, Outlander etc...

I think this is due to the cost factor as Vezel is not a premium category.

The lightness in this case is not just simply the physical weight but also the feel of closure

Anyway its all subjective.

To add:

12. Interior plastics are fairly good quality (much better than qashqai)

Total 31kg diff. Does normally a 17' rim weigh about 7kg+ heavier than a 16" rim each?

HRV-LX is giving a 17' rim compare to a Vezel-X 16"...

Can our interior room light Led bulb change to brighter watt ?

I prefer brighter shine

They seems to have this at japan and it's original for vezel - 高演色LED照明" with some air purifier feature.

Do anyone know where can I purchase the rear window for Vezel ?

Check with rstopel who imported his own Vezel.

He also got a pair of rear windows, he may be able to help.

Good luck

Hrv weight seems closer to Vezel S model. Not sure about the weight of paddle shifter, 17 inch and if it has additional sound insulation like the S. Furthermore engine is different from Vezel.

It is difficult to install the baby chair on the reverse position on your 2nd pic?

I saw the manual on taught how to secure the chair facing front.

Ok nice, sound promising for some fun upgrade.

Next time will try it out.

How old is your kid?

Young infants should ALWAYS be rear facing. Please check your instructions manual which should state this fact.

It will be due early next year.

Yeah, i am aware of the rear facing setup. The infant seat is a few years old pass down from friends, so if the whole setup get's complicated, i will most probably bring to some workshop and get it mounted.

Check the expiry date of the car seat as well.

If it's secured by seatbelt, fixing the seat is usually a 1 - 2 minute job. Which model is it anyway?

Oh really, they have expiry date on these infant seats, biodegradable? [laugh]

Let me go back at check the brand at home, it's 5-6 years old i believe.

Shopping these stuffs is a challenge. There are like 20-30 brands in the market and they look almost the same.
