And this 15% allocation to 2nd timer is a blessing in disguise for me. Now I m staying put in my 4 room model A, 104 sqm....slightly bigger than a 5rm now. My parent 5 rm is 150sqm model A also. I doubt anyone will give you that information and even if they do, how many parameters can you insist they give you and write down? Corridor size isn't the only thing they can play with. If widen all corridors to 1.5m but reduce the apartment floor area by 5 to 10% will it be an option that residents prefer? I think the next ruling by MND might be that all external floor plans by developers have to be declared? How much corridor space, garden and communal space area etc...
