Bedroom (Daughter) 6. Kitchen 7. Kitchen toilet 8. Master bedroom toilet 9. Toilet (kitchen) 10. Dining room (actually its a converted kitchen service balcony enough for a table for 4) So many rooms....so lucky....$137000 only....where can get! 118 square metres somemore! It's easy to find a sucker when the mkt is hot. Factor in when newer HDB gets build around the same area over time... Next when selling if priced too low, seller buay kum wan and say my unit is DBSS, how can sell at hdb. But buyer will think you stupid carrot Mah, doesn't mean I'm one. If sellers price too high, buyers in the resale mkt will say seller siao, got cheaper hdb units nearby or top up a bit and get a nearby condo. 4 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
