Old video lah. Date of incident clearly stated as 30 Sep 2018, and I remember this video from before. SGRV anyhow repost to drive up views because cyclists are the hot topic now.

 

But maybe not completely pointless - should query mata about what action has been taken against the AMDK.

 

If I were the driver, once he puts the bike on my car I would grab it and drive off. Free bike, what's on my car is mine what.

I can't - I got banned because I dared to challenge the admin on a matter of traffic law, and quoted the LTA sources to prove him wrong. Since he couldn't answer me, he banned me.
