Newton circus is always regarded as a roundabout. But whatever the case , if he has never attended highway code, or he never learned, or he is the hackcare type , there is no diff between a roundabout and a traffic light, his behavior will be predictably consistent.

i am not against those who cycle in the late night like this group when traffic flow is not high, but they should still be considerate. And the guy on the right, I feel like saying something bad but i also do not want others to get into trouble because of a  rubbish cyclist.
