2. It depends on whether driver got bad driving record

3. It depends on IO/DPP bother to find out what’s happening

U see the impact, sure got injury one. Once got injury, by right need to report. Once report IO will investigate... strange I didn't see this on BCL or other socmed channels...

Conclusion: avoid all problem as you cannot determine how IO writes the report.
