Thought he snapped off the lorry side mirror? He got fined and driver gotten jail.

But at least we know police still can find those who create mischief even without registration plate.

When I see my kid fell down with blood on his knee caps, my legs will feel "sour".  Imagine 1 leg or 1 arm lying on other side with blood flowing out.... 😬
