  1. Good news for all petrol heads! Petron Malaysia has officially launched its new Petrol Blaze 100 Euro 4M fuel in Malaysia. We previously reported on the imminent arrival of the RON 100 fuel – which now takes its position above the RON 95 and RON 97 grades that are currently being offered. The unregulated Petron Blaze 100 fuel is sold at RM2.80 per litre, making it slightly pricier than the other unregulated fuel sold in Malaysia from Shell, V-Power Racing (RM2.65). The latter carries a 40 sen premium over regular RON 97, which is currently priced at RM2.25. However, where Petron Blaze 100 carries a RON 100 octane rating, V-Power Racing is a minimum RON 97. The new Blaze 100 petrol is 95 sen more per litre than RON 95, which is priced at RM1.85 this month. Petron says its Blaze 100 Euro 4M is formulated with Tri-Activ, a triple action formula that is claimed to provide better power, engine protection and mileage. The high grade fuel is produced locally at the Petron Port Dickson refinery. For its initial introduction, Petron Blaze 100 will be available at eight stations in Klang Valley and Johor. More stations are expected to carry the high grade fuel in the future. If you’re interested to get a tankful of Petron Blaze 100, then head on over to these stations and look out for the specially-painted floor: Klang Valley Petron Jalan Maarof Petron Sg. Besi Toll Southbound Petron Taman Tun Dr. Ismail Petron Kesas Westbound Petron Mile 3 Federal Highway Petron Damansara Kayu Ara Johor Petron Skudai Toll Northbound Petron Linkedua Southbound According to Faridah Binti Ali, Head of Retail Business, Petron Malaysia, due to the limited allocation of fuel storage tanks that offer Petron Blaze 100, the new fuel grade will displace the currently available Petron Blaze 97 at selected stations. She also stated that the company plans to increase the number of stations that offer the RON 100 fuel to between 30-40 depending on consumer demand. With the arrival of Petron Blaze 100, motorists whose vehicles are designed, or have a preference for RON 98 and above fuels (such as high-end sports cars and superbikes, as well as specific models like the Honda Civic Type R, previous-gen Suzuki Swift Sport and Toyota 86), will now able to run their vehicles without any fuel-related performance or reliability issues. Customers who opt for the RON 100 fuel will also receive some value-added services from a “pit crew” stationed at the pumps. Also present at the launch of the new RON 100 fuel were members of the local Lotus and Porsche clubs, who were more than eager to top up the tanks of their high-performance cars, including a Porsche 911 GT3 RS. http://paultan.org/2016/01/15/petron-blaze-100-euro-4m-launched-in-malaysia-ron-100-for-rm2-80-per-litre-available-at-eight-stations/
  2. Feeling a bit sore, got massage shop near my office - Looks legit, 11am till 9pm, unisex, seems proper. They give underwear to put on during massage also (every other time the biggest clue I get is improper when they ask you to go bare) Ok, will go and see. About 5 minutes in, I HEARD the guy in the next cubicle ask for "special" massage. Whoops Ok, never mind, I still want my massage Much giggling, he appears to have been quietly satisfied. I get offered towards the end of the massage. How should I decline? I also feel guilty - the girl obviously makes far far more from the special ending than the massage itself. I guess I am a "wasted" chance for her. What do you do when it happens to you? yeah lah, yeah lah....darn stewpid typo...and DON'T go calling it a freudian slip!
  3. If you were offered a question during a session and had the chance to ask a question to be answered by all the MPs, what would you ask?? Was thinking a little about the way our ministers pegged their pay to the private sector, in conjunction with the punggol guy saying he is here to serve with heart and compassion (then started randomly yelling names). So in effect they are here to server the people, the country. In a way, the two years of our life is also spent serving the country, serving NS and yet how come the allowance isnt pegged to anything? They could take from a basket of professions like private tutors, mac donalds delivery, waiters, part time contract staff etc etc and then peg the allowance to the median income? How come so double standard? Did any MPs raise this to the ministars before? BTW just a grouse, i really hate those f#$%ing military types becoming MP, these sonofaguns usually have the least compassion and are the least open to suggestions from people they deem to be "lower ranked then them". Sigh
  4. Source: http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/sin.../359026/1/.html More premium bus services offered to meet rising ridership By Hoe Yeen Nie/ Imelda Saad, Channel NewsAsia | Posted: 08 July 2008 1816 hrs SINGAPORE: More premium bus services have been added with over 40 running on Singapore roads. These are more exclusive bus services that run certain routes to the city for a higher fare. Response has been encouraging. SMRT, which runs nine services, has seen a steady increase in ridership numbers. In particular, the number of paseengers on its service 530 from River Valley and service 531 from Simei to the Central Business District (CBD) area has nearly doubled since they were introduced in August 2007. This has prompted the transport operator to add another two evening service trips to service 531 to meet demand. With Monday's increase in downtown Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) rates, some drivers may be enticed to give up their cars for this mode of transport. Channel NewsAsia's reporters Hoe Yeen Nie and Imelda Saad put it to the test, travelling from central Singapore to Suntec city. Ms Hoe waited at Hume Avenue, just off Upper Bukit Timah Road, for the 7.40am premium bus service to Suntec City. Meanwhile, Ms Saad drove all the way to Suntec, starting her journey at the same time. The normal feeder bus service from Upper Bukit Timah Road takes passengers to Bukit Batok MRT station, but they will need to change trains at the Jurong East interchange to get into the CBD. The whole journey takes them over an hour and many commuters are put off by the morning crowds on the trains. Thus, many prefer the comfort and ease of the premium bus service and it is also cheaper than a taxi. Ms Saad, who was travelling by car said that traffic was smooth from Bukit Timah, along the PIE into the city, but she had to go through two gantries. Parking was also a breeze. The whole journey by car took about 30 minutes, while it took 45 minutes by the premium bus service. The cost of travelling by car from Hume Avenue to Suntec City came up to S$25.40 - S$21.40 for ten hours of parking, S$2.50 for fuel and S$1.50 for ERP charges. In comparison, taking a premium bus service costs S$6.60 on average. - CNA/vm
  5. I like this job and my boss treat me very well. Just because one new sales left and everyone started to blame me saying is my fault (although they don't say it but i know they spoke ill of me behind my back). I am quite used to all these and it doesn't bother me. Another sales guy told me that the one who left did told him that it is because of me and he said that my boss also agree that i always have problems with new sales which made me dissappointed. I used to be agreesive in work and when i know the new sales did something wrong, i must correct him but this new sales initially is very obedient and having good attitude (maybe due to inexperience having signing on in the force) and when i correct him too much, he starts to get fed up with me. But most of the time when i correct him, he starts to get defensive mode. I correct him because i want him to know where he did wrong so he rememeber but still the same old careless mistakes. I also talk less to my boss after hearing that he agree with the new sales who left and i totally tone myself down and even to the extend of taking leave of one week to stay home. My boss also listen too much to operation side as they are busy at the moment and ask the sales department to stop taking jobs for the next 1 and a half mths (which i think is ridiculous) and did not even discuss with us for any solutions. I am looking for jobs now and will have my first interview next thursday. If i got the job, should i leave or stay? i mean the job must be something which u think you might like and not to leave for the sake of leaving. I love my job and been putting all my hardwork in this company for 5 yrs but within me, i can't bear to leave. I just hope my boss will talk to me, not to counter offer, as he also knows that i am not this kind of person. Should i just jump ship and see his reaction? As i say, i just want to have a talk with him, i don't need any countering from him.
