Got. Me. Can check and see. Gearbox mount is not fluid filled plus not near engine manifold or turbos. Not so easy to die. you inspect the gearbox mount and see. Don’t need to change for just because workshop say might as well. Same with coils. I only change one. So far I have added another 30-40k km after just changing one coil.

My ENT did recommend me to use CPAP despite mild and no symptoms of lack of sleep during the day. I did rent it for a month and try it for a day or two. But the result is I can't sleep well with those CPAP equipment. The next morning i feel more tired than without using CPAP.😅 Mine is using cover the mouth type (like oxygen type). As i am bad sleeper which tend to turn and flip around. which type of CPAP did you use?

our old W204 with M271 Evo engine misfired at 230k km, due to choked inlet ports walnut blasting solved it no difference in engine power or smoothness before and after the walnut blasting current car get walnut blasted at 110k km, as a pre-emptive measure, while fixing a leaking water pipe under the intake manifold

that's very mild but, I also learnt that our body will compensate by dumping chemical/hormones into the bloodstream, to keep us awake and function during the day when we have sleep apnea that will hurt the body in the long run during the first week when I started using CPAP, I felt like superman when I woke up in the morning, sharp mind, crystal clear vision, brain overclocking at 200% I guess my body still producing those hormones that keep me awake, even though I don't need it anymore with the help of CPAP then the morning headache disappeared resting heart rate also dropped by 15~20 bpm mood also become much better

Mine is using a test kit which i can bring home for the test. I usually feel normal after waking up. I don't doze off during the day. i grab a cup of coffee during breakfast and that awaken me up
