Karoon Turbocharged September 7, 2014 Share September 7, 2014 i don't like ppl complaining about cashiers over small stuff.... they're on minimum wage, standing throughout, long shift, non-stop queue, gets the occasional abuse, etc. The fact that they are not in a better job indicates they may have problems adapting with challenging duties, hence they get assigned the most repetitive mundane task... She probably did not express herself well. In that role, no-one expects her to be eloquent, hence the words she used. Settle it there and then politely. Fuelsaver Supercharged September 10, 2014 Share September 10, 2014 my experience so far ok. only gripe was last my card a few mths ago, but they could not obtain NRIC for verification & free drink / disc on meal. recently, can print out temporary card n await delivery of replacement one. a cashier told me kena scolded by customer for unable to chk NRIC for free drink / meal disc. now ppl very satki, can insist on their right when forget to bring membership card / lost; i so backward lol.
