This SLS scams hv been happening for donkey years n all we hear are 'excuses' why it's difficult to eradicate. If they can swiftly pass laws against shisa which is a recent phenomenon, it's BS why such scams are considered 'legal'...... Bery simple, juz get a legal Eagle ( consumer law ) expert to speak and share on the consumer's right and know how tack such issue, case solved, Write or buy a consumer book for say $10-15 , available at all bookstores, Shopping Ctre, 7-11 and bus interchange, Library, Mrt Point . . . to educate consumer's on their right of claim and report any misdemeanours etc. The Mall Management should do more instead of merely handing social security and collecting funds, black-list all tenant / landlord who leased out thru third parties w/o approval ( sub-letting ) illegal business and money-laundering. Their aim is to make money w/o consciousness- he who does thing w/o thinking /causes evil will be punished. Cheating is a crimes, scammer is a serious attack on innocent shoppers, we don't needs clowns to bring Singapore names, thy need to be clear on this and get rid of them ASAP. Our names has been tarnished and the relevant authorities need to do more to engage the situation before it get worse. Pass a law on cheating case, scammers and unsolicitation / violent behaviours & mocking of consumers by taunting and harassment of retailers to the nearest Police station, take note of summary by a report form attach in the book ( juz like a car accident report book ) . There need to have balance la, if not you see, those unethical shop owner feel as if they above law, complaint to police and case also no use. Want sue them also cost $, so they also very clever target those more vulnerable and less well off customer as they know that they will not go all the way to sue them as they will incur more expenses.
