I think it makes no diff which SE to buy harrier. Nothing to negotiate. Very transactional and not pushy because there is a queue of buyers. That said, you can look for yew loong at LK. Polite chap.

Thanks for the info, any list of 'freebies' that I can help my friend look out for?

Sounds like the Toyota I knew when I bought my Corolla.. big queues, take it or leave it..

Even had to get to the backyard at the port to pick up my car myself..

Turbocharged

@Xlack

Since you will be the pioneer batch to show off your new toy on the road, mind to test out the max speed and share with us? On paper it's stated 180km/h nia.. ha

Oh ya also the century sprint.. haaa

May or may not be true.....But I think most of the cars with such HP topped at 180kmh should be electronically cut off by the manufacturers.

Incidentally I just realized harrier has no spare tyre! These are the details one overlooks

that's not really much of an issue.

there're so many harriers on the road, you can easily buy one at bargain from one of those that wanna change his rims

lol this is toyota. Don't need to waste time looking for "freebies".

U can talk until the cows come home ... also minimal change one. At most they tell u, this one can do outside for cheaper (like solar film or car cam), i discount few hundred dollars for you.  [laugh]

My BIL's PR and bargaining skills is quite tok gong one, also that's what u get only.

WYSIWYG

BM's Harrier Turbo comes with a spare tyre. No worries.

Yup, got spare tire. I saw it during my test drive when I checked under the boot.

One needs a good SE to help secure competitive (i.e. high) trade in price for old car; provide good service/sales follow-up and with good product/industry knowledge.  Freebies should be viewed as a bonus, if any. In Toyota BM, freebies come out from the SE's pocket/commission.

So what if the SE gives you freebies to make you happy but don't work hard for you on trade in price or don't give you the level of sales/service that your money deserves?

If you still require a good SE, PM me.

I did not see it during test drive but I did ask my SE and the answer is Yes, there will be spare tyre.

Actually I don't think they will give much. Probably window film and car camera.

Solar film and camera (front only) are standard, come with BM Harrier.

Driving in Singapore no need spare tyre la.  Somemore, how many of us maintain spare tyre properly?

Spare tyre is an additional and unnecessary weight.

I rather go outside to get tinting done.  Got problem?  Juz drive to back to the shop to settle it.
