All cyclists should have cyclist license including children below 12.

i will first blame the cam car for not having a good camera. Where the hell did the cyclist come from?  He seemed to have change lane recklessly, I suspect the car might not have seen him till very last min. But why the hell he drove off ?

Looks like at Xilin Avenue, cyclist coming from east coast park.

Riding recklessly with no helmet I see? He got what he deserved.

I would have drive up next to the Subaru and give him a 👍🏼.

Iroad should be HD cameras leh..😅

This commuting cyclist was just asking for it.

He didn't even bother to check before filtering. It will be safer to stay on his lane longer than suddenly change to left most lane.

Cars coming in from expressway minimally will be 60-70km/hr....some even higher speed. This cyclist seemed to think the cars are turning out of zebra crossing to join main road.

The driver also became a hit & run driver. This video takes out a bad cyclist and a H&R driver off the road.

The cyclist sure have injury even if it's just superficial abrasions.

As licenced drivers, we must stop when such incident occur. LPPL.

Then fark the cyclist ....ask him to claim his own medical insurance ..then ask him he ok or not. Tell him better hurry and not late for his work. Better than become hit and run case.

Now everywhere have carmera...how to run away?

With the use of lamppost or kerb or in this video with the ebike and ground, the ebrake stoppage time is less than a second 😅
