When can cyclists learn to obey traffic rules? When can our traffic system be strict to these cyclists? They only need to look out for traffic on the right. If you want strict adherance to traffic rule, better write more complaints to police commander. IMO, if they are going upper bukit timah then it is good that they did the lane change early rather than try to cut over at the last minute. Stomper should have shown the full video then we'll know.
