Price quoted from Work shop base on Front brake pad for Toyota Vios 1) Cheap type from Malaysia, China, Vetto, Azuki, ... Around $50+ 2) Good one such as OEM,Advice Akebono from Japan ... My friend tried to sell his car, he advertised all over the place. Then a potential “buyer” called my friend to ask for log card image. The buyer didn’t even view the car, and he asked for log card. Reason given is that he need it to get company loan. What are you views ? Latest fraud/scam/cheat? Any sellers got such calls?

Bros & Sistas, Me went down to AMK last nite to meet up with EZ-STAB guy on his regular installation and demo session..Saw an Altis and Euro-R there getting fixed up. When my turn, the EZ-STAB guy, Jon was real nice and explaned to me abt his pdt and the science of it..I was giving him a doubtful look and then....he offered to install a test unit on my car and let me drive around with it for free for one week...I was really shock to see someone so confident of his product.. Right now, the unit is in my car, and he only asked for my name and HP.. As a true blue Singaporean consumer, I told him if it really works well for me, I will beep him and pay him for it...but if not...then.... Guess what...He told me if it doesn't work for me, stripped it from my car and dumped it....Wah lao eh...I 'm really really impressed now... Today, I will be giving it a real tryout....wondering if any fellow forumers here had any similiar experience here...

Dear car owner, Just wanna share something my friend told me. Dunno is true or not. Maybe you guys can share and advise more info ???? Did you guys realise that there are those claim original oil filter in the market??? Recently there are ppl post fake Toyota ATF in this forum. So hopefully more ppl will be aware. Quite strange. 100% Genuine Toyota Oil filter is made in Thailand and those claim to be original Genuine is from Japan. Point to check. 1) you can see some lubricate on the oil ring (ususally is black with white spot on it). 2) smell the hole in the centre, you will smell some lubricate smell. It may just cost you $2 to $3 more for the 100% Geniune Toyota Oil Filter. Dunno this apply to other brand as well
