This news was well reported here more than a year ago. I remembered posting this, Ukraine and Trump signed the rare earth dea . The deal includes both side 50 -50 investment, with the 1st 10 year all profits goes to rebuilding Ukraine after the war. USA will only see their share of profit after 10 years.

The cost to Russia for the Ukraine war is tremendous. they literally lost almost all of their global influence. Their lives are pushed back to days of no internet. As long as no peace deal, their oil refineries and ports are getting bomb everyday and oil export is their only export economy. They want out as badly as Ukraine. If there's way out, this war chest of Ptuin cannot sustain the war economy. Already reported russian soldiers are not being paid.

I would have thought they used gas heaters. Dunno if hk has piped gas. Using electrical heating is more expensive than using gas in sg. You are right though. Never really thought about it. All these essential industries all hurting badly with the energy shock.
