kinda unbelivable... Blk 177 Toa Payoh carpark, as can see, its a 1 way loop, very busy car park, hard to get lot at lunch. I was the red lot, moving out. Another car in the yellow was wating for me to move. As i turned lefft to go out, another car from the green location area quickly turned right against traffic in my direction. I had to keep left to move ahead. Then the green one quickly passed me and went head first into the lot i just vacated. I can see in my rear view mirror the yellow car must be stunted by that stunt 🤯 Was in a hurry and didnt hang around to see what happened afterward. Never see it come up in STOMP, guess its handled peacefully 😂

Finally collected my Forester Hybrid. Early comparisons with my 9 year old XT (no modifications) The new Forester feels quieter. Acceleration isn't as good as the XT, but fuel economy is definitely better. Still early days so unsure how accurate the fuel consumption is. But it's definitely below 10l/100km (XT for me was about 11-13l/100km). The suspension is softer than the XT (to be expected) but I do feel the softness when taking corners (less confident). Seat are more comfortable than the XT. In fact the back seats seem much more comfortable than the XT. Family members felt they wanted to fall asleep at the back seat. Visibility is about the same, except for the rear window as it seems they've made it smaller. Still better than other cars in this range. Safety tech is much better (barely any electronic safety features on the xt). Adaptive Cruise Control is quite nice, but yet to use it for longer than 5 mins. Have tested it on start-stop traffic (traffic while waiting to send my kid into school 😅) The drive transition between battery and engine is fairly smooth. Much better than mild hybrids. Still trying to get used to the car when starting (if the car's engine is still warm), there's no engine sound. Have to think twice before driving off, as unsure if car is running. And small comparison to the new Rav4 (managed to see it in the showroom recently), I do think the interior of the Forester is slightly nicer than the Rav4 (I might be biased 😀). The infotainment is definitely better on the Rav4. Wished Subaru brought in ventilated seats, but the the aircon has been pretty good so far. It's supposedly replaced with Denso (supposed to be better?)
