Thus, this makes them unpredictable and a danger to others. They should assume all drivers cannot see them and not the other way around. It's the same across all road users, from drivers to cyclists to pedestrians. Don't ASSUME people always can see you coming, even when you had the right of away, because assume makes an ASS of U and ME.
