Probably some people from cyclist-friendly Europe who think that they would be treated and respected as a part of the traffic system. They did do everything right, hang signals and all, as per Europe but look around you please, we drive on the left over here and cyclists are the lowest life form on the roads.

Exercise some common sense and use the pedestrian crossings to negotiate the intersections, not try to make like you're a motor vehicle. One wayward heavy vehicle and the whole lot of you will hum kar chan!

With a kid, I cannot understand what is in their mind to ride the way they did. As a parent myself, whenever I'm outside (not even riding) my sense of safety is hyped up. Even if the parent in this video does not understand the road culture here, it isn't difficult to to know what is a safer route, and that is to cross a big road using traffic light ahead. 

The Vezel stopped to allow the father to pass. Cam car could have easily miss him and run him down simply because his view is block by the Vezel. 

Really poor decision making.

no matter how friendly no drivers in any countries is friendly enough to be happy about cyclist with kids at the back cutting across 3-4 lanes full of vehicles.

these days I am seeing more good accidents.  I was a bit worried for the safety of the motorbike rider but it turned out to be all good.
