He collided into the back of the victim, who was also using his phone, causing him to fall over and fracture his elbow.

They only say its online test, details to come later. It can be online test in person at driving centres or online test sitting at home.

From the way the article is worded, it seems to suggest the latter. I wonder how are they going to administer the latter will be cheat-proof. Elderly Ebikes users who don't know the internet or English how?

Not siding the cyclists but just to clarify.  In such scenario, the front bike cleared the traffic light when green, is the whole convoy considered as a long vehicle? Secondly, at the speed they are going, it is dangerous if someone in the mid jam brake to stop, confirm chain collision. Lesser of the 2 evil, the cyclists will maintain speed and ride thru...
