Anyone can explain? health n safety reasons lol add on: last time no proper lightings... one need to depend on candle light... without good ligthings... you might cut yourself... if you cut yourself... you need to treat your wound in the dark... u might get infections... and becos its dark, you might not dispose the cut nails properly.... wat if there are some germs/viruses and someone else touched it.... plus if you are cutting your nails after midnight... either you are too busy/stressful or you too free but cannot sleep... either way no good... therefore cutting of nails late at night is not recommended.... Last night whilst walking in an open track beside Braddell Road canal (behind Comfort/Delgro), a sudden gushed of cold wind blow toward me for 2 seconds and then stopped. Can feel the chill running up my spine. It was a warm night and no breeze at all. Maybe Comfort/Delgro staff turn off air compresser and opened release valve to purge condensate.
