the developer's new ec in sengkang how like that? [sly]

[laugh] [laugh] [laugh]

should the dbss owner print big banners of narrow corridor and defects and small size stand outside during weekend [laugh]

maybe the developer will use thinner walls for the walls facing the coridor....can gain 2.5cm easily😂😂😂😂

On the other hand, if you don't due sufficient due diligence for such a big ticket item (dunno about you but, i buy 1 tray of eggs also i see abt 5 secs and if you extrapolate that to the cost of home...), maybe, just maybe, they deserve to be staying in the new EC with sexy corridors or sexy other things (depending on what rabbit is in the developer's hat).

how long you see your wife before marry her? [laugh][laugh]

i view my current resale 16 yrs ago in less than 10min and pay deposit on the spot, and it was in late evening dark dark some more [bigcry][bigcry]

Dated (due diligence) her for 3.5 years.

Only MRT/ Bus/ Night Rider Bus during our dates, no taxis. Sent her home after every date.

Makan only food court/ hawker centre for our dates. Makan at affordable restos only on birthday/ v day/ anniversary.

Went on a 3 week Aus trip towards the end of the 3 year mark (had a big bust up and made peace on the trip). Might not have popped the question if we did not have that bust up.

Not just EC. It is a trend that started around the time when the condo boom started. Time savings.

I am expecting to see them in my place when TOP. Toying with the idea of tearing it down and building a proper one.

This seems to be common practice nowadays even in private condo. Easier to tear down for enblock next time

If I was the MND minister, I would have ordered the building to be torn down and re-built. [smash]

Can't really see what is wrong with the bottom photo but the top photo is really too much.

What makes the developer and contractor QC think the owner will accept such work?

Moral of the storey

Must always do background check on developer

Buy condo also the same, people don't blindly buy

They check and research which developer and the built quality is an important point of consideration
