This Francis Chu I can confirm he is a driver and a cyclist. And I'm sure he owns a BMW as well, since he can't signal.

Francis is right. In this video below, the cyclist did the right hand signal, and next he fell down..  One hand cycling is indeed dangerous.

At 0:13, the rider swerved dangerously into the 2nd lane while trying to avoid the fallen rider, into the path of the truck behind, without looking out first. Should have been squashed. How unfortunate.
