just googled , it’s 48 bucks in today term but would have tot it’s way bigger that time .

That's why I say this forum is so civilised. 

Should SG Road Vigilante ask for drivers to submit videos of good cyclists, the comments section will be riddled with,

"A good cyclist is a dead cyclist"

"Good cyclist? Rarer than hen's teeth!"

"A law abiding cyclist is as common as the Dodo bird"

"Waiter: How would like your steak done, sir?

Customer: Like a good cyclist..

Waiter: That means rare, sir."

Any change will make all these infra white elephants.

They'd rather have white elephants instead of negative GDP. After having their cronies artificially boost the GDP with these white elephants, they can engage the same cronies again to demolish the white elephants, again boosting GDP. Win win win, why not? :D
